Thank you for choosing Golden Glow. In order to make sure we are serving you in an atmosphere that is both relaxing and professional, we have a few policies that we require all of our clients to adhere by. We take our work very seriously because we truly want what is best for all of our clients. You can help us do that by keeping these things in mind.

Late Policy – You are considered late after 15 mins past your appointment time. Your esthetician has the right to cancel your appointment at this time. If, your esthetician decides to honor your appointment, it will be modified to fit it's original time parameters at full price. This means that your appointment will end when it was originally supposed to end ad there will be no discount for the shortened time. A second late appointment will result in a $25 late fee. 

No Show Policy – We understand that things can come up unexpectedly. We encourage you to call us if you can't make it in and we will gladly reschedule you. No shows without a call cause problems with scheduling and stop other potential clients from making an appointment. In order to make an appointment after a no-show, you must pay a NON-REFUDABLE deposit equal to 50% of your service. A second no show will require a full upfront payment of services. A third no show and you will no longer be able to book a service with us. 

Guests and Children – You are only allowed to bring one guest. They can wait quietly in the waiting room or in the treatment room with you. Guests are expected to remain quiet and not disturb other guests and clients. Failure to do so may result in their removal. We love children but we do not allow them in our spa- not as clients or guests. Teenagers 14 and up are welcome.

Payment – Payment is required in full immediately after your service. We accept debit, credit, cash app, and apple pay. We can also split payments if needed. We accept cash but we do not keep cash on hand so you must have exact payment or be prepared to tip.
